29 weeks old

April 8 - April 14

Tooth #4 has arrived!!! I can't believe it.

And Evan just tried prunes tonight, Thursday. I didn't make them though, he needed to eat them for his tummy troubles, so I bought gerber organic. I am going to home-make his on Saturday probably! He thought they tasted just okay. Carrots are still his favorite and he likes pears too! That is mainly what he eats and his rice cereal which he loves!

Evan has like every toy in the toy store practically but give him a clean diaper, box, or paper to play with and the child is thrilled!!!

Evan went to the doctor on Friday for his 6 month checkup. He weighs 18 lbs 2 oz (50%) He is 27 inches long (75%) and his head is 17.25 (50%). He got 3 shots and 1 oral vaccine. He is doing really good and Dr. G gave him thumbs up and said how handsome he is! Actually he said that Evan is soooo good-looking he is going to be a tough act to follow! LOL!!

Saturday Evan had a baby playdate with Ella. We call them the "E's". Ella is a little girl (2 weeks younger than Evan) that my sister watches. She lives walking distance from the beach, so we went to the beach today. This was kind of Evan's first playdate and he was totally not amused, even though Ella tried to talk to him and pet his head he just ignored her. He loved the sand though, and covered himself in a big ole pile of it.

Evan didn't talk much before 24 months and then all the words came out at once and by 25 months we were unable to keep track of all his new words!!!

At 4, right after his birthday Evan finally learned to say his sisters name correctly!!! We were all driving in the car and he just busts out with guess what guys? I can say Amelia!!!! And now he calls her that all the time, Amelia or Baby.
