October 22 - October 28

We got Evan a second almost identical carseat for Dan's truck. Here are Dan and Evan playing with the huge box.

Evan was s thrilled that his Nana and Grandpa are back in town now! They came over on Monday morning and Evan got presents (well we all did). Evan got a big Mickey Mouse stuffed animal which he loves and an "I♥NY" onesie, which he can't wait to rock once it gets out the laundry!

New things Evan has been up to:

1) He is major pointer, he points to everything. One of his favorite things to point at is garbage cans!!! Every time we go on a walk he points to every single garbage can. And we all have the same exact brown garbage can for our city. So I am like yes, Evan that's a garbage can, yup another one, yes tomorrow's trash day! LOL!

2) We are letting his hair grow for now, since I cut it waaay too short in some places, it just has to grow out now. Ooopsie (sorry Ev!)

3) Evan can point to his (or your) bellybutton! He knows that one real well! He sorta knows nose. We were doing bellybutton on Wednesday night and then I said, where is mama's nose? And he poked it so hard he scratched my nose! So beware! He has also given me a nose bleed one time!

4) He is learning more everyday. He knows what "blue car" means, he loves playing outside. He knows the word "outside". He knows what shoes are. Like he knows he shouldn't go outside if he doesn't have shoes on. He can point to his shoes on his feet.

5) He climbed up on our coffee table!! By himself!!!

6) Evan loves to go sleep in his crib, especially at night! I can barely get a hug and kiss out of him. He really enjoys listening to his music, I know he plays in there for awhile before he falls asleep. Are all babies like this?!?

On Thursday evening we went to Halloween in the park at Dan Witt Park in Lighthouse Point. We dressed Evan in his little monkey costume.

Evan just wanted to play on "his" playground!

He was hysterical! He kept climbing up in here and then squealing (just like a monkey)!!!!

And since everyone has now seen Evan in monkey costume here are the photos from the night he first tried on his two new Halloween costumes a few weeks ago. He really thought he was wearing a stuffed animal. He was thrilled! So these ones are from 3 weeks ago:
