December 17 - December 23
Evan turned 15 months old on Friday December 17th!!! And we went to the park, got some shopping done and then we went on a date together to Bennihanna's for my work holiday party. He was very well behaved for his age. It lasted a bit long and he was quite restless at the end, but he was pretty quiet. Of course a lot of his food ended up on the floor though, I feel bad for the people that have to cleanup behind him everywhere we go. He did one cute thing. He kept pointing and wanting to know what the ice buckets were (there were three lined up against the wall by our table) and I explained to him what there, well I don't know if he did it on purpose but he got ice out of the glass and he was holding it but it slippe dout his hands to the floor, so he got down off my lap, got the ice and put it in the ice bucket. LOL! Too funny! He makes connections to things all the time, but I don't know if he did it on purpose because when were leaving he tried to put a pencil in the ice bucket also.
Carrying Pooh around. I don't the real song, but I sing Evan"Winnie The Pooh, Winnie The Pooh, he didn't know, he didn't know what TO DOOO!!!" "Winnie The Pooh, Winnie The Pooh he really loves YOU!!!!"

The totally amazing frame my friend Jenny sent for Christmas!!! All photos of Evan I put in...

Trying on daddy's shoe on for size!

Running for the camera!

my little turkey!

He got a Christmas present from the man his Grandpa works with (first one!) It is a turtle constellation night light (it turns off after like 15 minutes-a very good thing!)
I told Ms. Brenda that Evan loves his yellow box!!! She gave it to him when he was only a few weeks old with an outfit inside. The outfit does not fit anymore, but the box he LOVES!

Daddy and Evan photos, with the dogs too!

love this smile!

Evan went to Nana's house on Monday and Thursday, he loves hanging out with his Nana and Grandpa, he likes to watch all the garbage and recycling trucks and play outside and visit with all the blow-up Christmas characters on the lawn. He has such a blast, he barely kisses me bye when I leave and then when I pick him up he often pouts about leaving.
Wednesday Dan was going out with Evan and he needed a fresh pair of socks, but forgot where I put them (I moved them semi-recently to new spot in his drawers) So he says to Evan, can you get socks out? And Evan knows where his socks (of course!) and he got him out a pair. Isn't that adorable?!?
I think the best things Evan is does is kiss everything. He also loves anytime he is given a task, he thinks taking garbage to the front door and he puts away his milk when I get home from work, he'll get it out of the bag and then demand to have the fridge opened, I lift him up and he puts it in. He is such a helper. He is great at helping getting dressed and undressing himself too. Just basically helps, he can't do it all by himself or anything. I often let him pick between two or three shirts what he is going to wear, which I think is fun for him. His Mickey Crocs hand-me-down shoes finally fit! Whoo! He has been rocking them with socks in true Floridian style! LOL!
Evan is also learning how to kick a ball. I think he has fallen more times learning to kick a ball than he did learning how to walk!!! He will walk like 7 feet kicking air, get to the ball finally, then kick it backwards and trip over it landing on his bootie (we call butt bootie to Evan, everyone has their own word for it, sometimes I say butt or heiny though too).
