16 Months Old-4

February 4 - February 10

Saturday Evan went to AJ's 2nd birthday party at Firefighters Park in Margate, FL.
We had a blast, bouncing and eating snow cones, pizza, nuggets, fruit!

Here is Evan on Sunday, Tara and I took him shopping ,then lunch, then beach for a bit.

He collected some seashells...
Happy Baptism Day!!! Feb 7th! Evan got a Tervis Tumbler cup with Mickey Mouse from his Godmother and Godfather (aka Auntie Tarie and Uncle Austin)...which he LOVES!!!! Don't mind his filthy feet they usually are semi clean, I don't know what happened!

He also got a frog blankie and new book from mommy and daddy and a card with money from his Grammie and Poppie. We also did cupcakes on Monday night, but Evan just smashed his and didn't actually eat any of it....

The newest thing Evan does is pull people or try to drag people where he wants to go. He will even try to lift you off the floor so you will pick him up!!!

On Thursday Evan went to his first day of "PLAYTIME"!!! This is what me and Dan are calling Moms Morning Out (MMO). We didn't want to confuse him with preschool and moms morning out is confusing because daddy is dropping him off. Below are his first day photos! Daddy and Evan left before I went for work, so I got to send them off and take photos. I was then left with 20minutes before I had to leave for work and didn't know what to do with myself and ended up vacuuming!

There were supposed to be 6-8 kids all having their first day too since it is a new session, but only one other little boy came on Thursday. So daddy stayed with Evan for 30 mintues and after the other little boy's mommy left, daddy left, and Evan cried for a little bit. But he did great! And got over it and played with his new little friend! When Dan went to pick him up (30 minutes later) he said Evan and the little boy were both sitting at a table in kid chairs eating cheez-its with the teacher. And Evan was huddled over his cheez-its like a rat. Dan said he did a double-take, because he has never seen Evan just sitting quietly on his own like that before! I would say the first day was a huge success!!!

Here Evan is holding his baggie with his diaper and cup to take to "playtime".

playing!!
