May 11th - May 17th
Amelia went to the doctors on May 14th (Monday). We had to wait for an hour! But we finally got to see Dr. G. At 17 days old Amelia weighed 9lbs 5oz. and she is 20.75 inches long. She is 80% for weight and 75% for height. She is right on track (Evan had similar stats at his two week checkup too). No shots at this checkup.
Amelia lost her stump on Sunday (Mother's Day) and finally got a real bath on Monday night! yay! She loved it and did not cry at all. She made a few testy grunts and faces, but seemed to really enjoy it overall. I had this vision of being able to give both kids a bath at the same time, but that is not reality. Amelia usually gets a bath in the morning around 9am, if we miss that time the second time is 9pm after Evan is in bed.
