22 weeks old

February 18th - February 24th

Evan has another toofer coming in!! #2! bottom left this time! awww! He is doing great, can't even tell he is in any pain.

Evan just started liking his tummy-time more now. Thank goodness! He will chill on his stomach for short amounts of time. He does know how to roll, but he doesn't do it much. I am not worried, I know physically he is capable of it. I lie next to him on the floor and try to convince him rolling is fun! I make him go on his side so we can talk to each other, he likes that.

Evey got a new chair! Almost time for him to be big boy and eat rice cereal! As you can see he still can't situp all the way by himself, but he is working on it. He has about 4 or 5 more weeks until we start the cereal.

I'm shhhhyyy....sometimes

He decided to reach for a book and slid (whomp!) gracefully onto his stomach, where he beached himself and couldn't figure how to roll. He only rolls sometimes-when he's in the mood I guess.

We have these little bath toys that are monsters that spray water and sometimes I get them out to let Evan hold in the tub. On Tuesday night he thought they were hilarious. I would aim at his belly and he would giggle. By Wednesday night it wasn't funny anymore. He is so random sometimes. There was like one day this week too where "pinchy" was the new "stinky" and he would smile and laugh when I said it, but that's not funny anymore either. Oh well!


And I can't remember if I mentioned it or not but Evan also gets his teeth brushed in the bath now! Cause he has teeth. The doctor said the rubber finger brush and water are just fine for now. He is so good about it too. I say "brush! brush! brush!" and he lets me and seems happy about it! :-)

This video is too FUNNY not to share with everyone!!! I was taking this video and I guess Dan didn't realize I was using the camera that takes video or something and he is talking to Evan "EVON" in his faux french accident!!! It cracks me up!


This another video of Ev in his boppy bounce chair. I was trying to catch him with his new chewie (from Auntie Tarie) but just his little mannerisms here are so cute. I am trying to take a video of him once a week (or more) because this age just does not last forever and is already going by so fast and I wish I had more "newborn" videos of him and I really had only taken a few.
