June 3 - June 9
Friday was a mommy and Evan day, we went in the pool and went to DeGroff Park in the evening to walk on the intercoastal beach and swing! We also did a Target errand and I got Evan the dinosaur cups he "wanted", they have a big boy straw. They say 2+, but he has no problem drinking form it and these cups fit in his stroller cup holders which is nice.
Then on Saturday we went to A Latte Fun, it is this indoor play place for kids, it was crowded with a birthday party, but it was fun. I have some videos to share. We played roll the ball, went down a baby slide, played wooden blocks for a bit, and bounced on the trampoline. It would but have been cool if they had a baby ball pit, but they didn't, I think I am gonna get Evan one for his birthday though cause that would be f-u-n.
Sunday we had a relaxing family day, went in the pool together before it rained. It has been raining almost everyday lately!
Evan has been fake crawling now. He crawls over the top of people, like he'll crawl over my legs using my legs to push himself forward, he sorta half crawls, he rolls and sits up to get places and scootches around a little. We have been sitting him on the floor a lot more often now and he loves it.
We also had to lower Evan's crib now since he sits in it, it is only a matter of time before he figures out that he can stand it. So now it is safely lowered, practically to the ground.
