June 24 - June 30
Thursday Evan and daddy came to visit me on my lunch break in Coral Springs. We went to this place called yogurtland for nonfat frozen yogurt, it was really yummy, then we went to the bookstore and I read Evan some books before I had to leave and go back to work. We played with all the touch and feel books, Ev's favorites!
We had a Friday evening play date at Christine's house. Evan had a blast, he went in the sprinklers, went in Wyatt's walker outside on the patio, went down the slide, played with the water table, ate some watermelon and made a mess, and played with Wyatt. He kept taking Wyatt's binky out of his mouth and making him cry though...yiyiyi. And he really likes his playskool piano table!
Sunday I was getting ready to take Evan to Publix and I put on an outfit I had just bought him the day before and his first pair of real shoes! And daddy hadn't seen the outfit or shoes because he was working yesterday, so I pranced Evan around the living room and had him strut his stuff. Then I had to put him in the stroller while I got ready to go out too. So I am in the bathroom and Dan and is on the couch in the same room as Evan and we both hear Rusty yelp. And I am like what was that, and Dan says he isn't sure, so I walk out towards the stroller and the dogs to see what was going on. There is Evan with both shoes OFF! (they might be a little big) --obviously he had kicked them and had pelted Rusty with one of the shoes on accident. So funny though, it cracked me up, he didn't mean to do it, but he is just such a booger sometimes!!
