Gosh! Isn't he so handsome!!! Little heartbreaker!
These photos we took for Miss Holly, who made these onesies for Evey, she has a store on Esty and needed more photos for her gallery. It was a bad hair morning

We did a little painting for a Father's Day surprise...I think his pants got most of his talent though....LOL!!!

Why Evan and Apple are best friends:
Just a quick update and some of the more boring tidbits: Evan is still taking two naps each day. They are supposed to be 1.5-2 hours long each time (mommy says), one in the morning around 9-11am and one in the afternoon 2-4pm. He also eats food 3 times a day, breakfast/lunch/dinner. We do toast and fruit for breakfast usually. A green veggie for lunch and yogurt afterwards, puffs or crackers. For dinner it is an orange veggie and then fruit for dessert, he also gets a small version of what we are having for dinner. He much prefers feeding himself. The yogurt is his favorite. Evan loves toast pieces with a little margarine too (we found that out at Grammie's house), it is easy for him to pickup and tastes yummy. Evan still takes about 3-4 bottles a day while he is away from mommy, and now since he figured out his straw cup he drinks a lot of water too. He sleeps thru the night still about 8:30pm -6:30am. We stopped swaddling him a while ago ( at around 6 months I think). He is doing really well, he doesn't go to the doctors until his 9 month checkup, but I think he must be growing length-wise, he is a tall dude!
This weekend was Memorial Day weekend. Saturday we went grocery shopping, boring, but Evan sits in the cart now and plays usually. I give him a biter biscuit when he starts to get restless, he does so good though!!!
Sunday Grammie and Mommy made babyfood while Evan took a nap and then we all went to the beach for an hour. And Evan actually went into the ocean. His first time!!! It was rough, lots of waves, but he liked it anyways! As soon as I put him in the car he conked out, but I had a difficult time carrying the nap on once we were home, it didn't go as smoothly as would have liked. At one point Evan was in his crib playing with his stuffed animal and I was trying to rest in my room, and I went in to check on him and he was sitting up in his crib, just sitting there like 'hi!'. LOL, first time that ever happened. I texted daddy that he needs to lower the crib asap!
playing with his bucket of water!
Monday we relaxed in the morning and then went to game night party at Grammie's house, everyone was invited, Nana, Grandpa, poppie, Uncle Mike, Uncle Austin, Auntie Tarie, and us! We had fun!
