This week was Evan's birthday on Monday!
Saturday we went to Costco with Gran-Gran and got some goodies, so long since I have been there. Evan and Mimi loved it!
Sunday Evan had birthday dinner at Gran-Gran's house! I missed the big present reveal. I sent up to the front door to knock while I got Mimi out of the car, and he saw his present when Gran-Gran opened the door! :-) He was thrilled to see balloons!!! Ballons all for him! And he got a plasma car! Which is awesome, I think I have been on it more than Evan- giving Mimi rides! We had salmon for dinner and cupcakes for dessert. Too funny, Gran-Gran decorated them differently and Evan had a hard time choosing just one, he wanted them ALL!
Monday we went to Parrot Jungle to give Evan a special day. He picked it, I gave him about 3 or 4 choices or places we could go and he said Parrot Jungle. I will post more about this on a special birthday post. Cannot believe my boy is three already!
Tuesday Nana and Pa came over for breakfast!
Wednesday Gran-Gran watched the kiddos at the house.
Thursday I took Evan grocery shopping with me while Mimi took a nap. So Evan was thrilled he thinks it is so fun to get a cookie and lunchmeat and cheese. He is like make sure she gives me cheese! Then he decided it was a no nap day. he rested in his crib for about an hour and then was done, so we walked up to the post office and I tried to wear him out! He has been staying up until 10pm at nights for the past two weeks, drives me nuts because he keeps popping out his room too. Anyways I guess it worked because about 5:30 Dan hollered to me upstairs that Evan fell asleep in his highchair eating dinner. I woke him made him take a bath and I think he went to bed finally around 7:30pm, ahhhh.... I actually had a late meeting to get to, so Daddy put him to bed, I went in and gave him a kiss. But I guess he didn't know it because this morning was he was like, you came home! LOL, and then he was like why you go to work again?!?
