Evan's last week as an 11 month old! This time last year, I was ready to POP! There will be much reminiscing done in the next two weeks over Evan's first year, but I'll save it for a separate blog post. In this one I will say that Evan is a "stander". LOL. I got a great video of Evan standing.
This video of Evan trying to pet Rusty and laughing about it.
And this video is of Evan standing (sorry Evan I made fun of you in the beginning - but your complain cough was quite funny)
I took Evan to the library on Thursday evening to get new books, we picked quick, that's all I am going to say, but we are switching libraries to Lighthouse Point form now on.
Some photos at Grammie & Poppie's house on Saturday evening.
Evan has officially taken his first step. He has taken one step towards me on three or four occasions now. I would not say he is walking as of Saturday, but he did take his first little baby steps!!! He is so precious!!!
And now I will tell you that we were able to get in touch with Evan's pediatric orthopedic either last week or the week before, I kept forgetting to blog about it though. Anyways, Dr. N says that Evan's lump on his palm is a ganglion cyst and although she thought the fluid seemed atypical the MRI revealed it is a simple ganglion cyst which should over time go away on its own. Of course if it bothers him, is painful, or swells up larger than it currently is we are to take in to see her. So there it is, a big sigh of relief.
So...I am reading 'Pooh' to Evan on Sunday morning (I think the book is really called World of Pooh by Milne, and we are almost done with it), and I am reading away like I usually do and Evan is playing only half listening. And I turn around to see what he is up to and this is what I find......
......a huge mess!!!!
some bunny hugging!
